Return Process

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
